Turn other people's audiences into your clients.
Your next clients are already listening to someone else's show. Borrowed Audience is a cohort program where you build the message, the outreach and the listener-to-client system to reach them, one step a week, with Trevor reviewing your work as you build it.
Taught by someone who has worked both sides of the microphone
Why this program exists
A great interview can still lead absolutely nowhere.
I spent years doing the thing we're all told to do: create useful content, show up consistently, give people a reason to pay attention. It worked, until the algorithms changed and the same effort reached fewer people.
At the same time, through our media work, I was helping experts get onto podcasts and into press. They were joining conversations in front of audiences someone else had already built. When I started guesting myself, I saw why it works: there's time to explain an idea, tell a story, and let someone hear how you think before they ever consider working with you. You don't have to build the whole audience before you can be useful to it.
But getting in front of people is only half the job. An interested listener finishes the episode, goes back to their day, and never becomes a lead. The interview was excellent. The next step was missing.
Borrowed Audience fixes that in the right order. Start with the clients you want to win. Choose audiences around them. Give listeners something useful to ask for. Build the follow-up before you need it. And let an AI agent carry the research and first drafts so you can run the whole system yourself, with me reviewing your work while you build it.

What you walk out with
Nine weeks from now, you own a client-acquisition system you can run every quarter.
Not a certificate and a folder of slides. Working assets, a live pipeline and a routine you built with your work reviewed each week.
A message hosts want on their show
Your revenue target, a clear offer, a point of view and the signature stories you tell on air.
Weeks 1 to 2A media kit that makes the fit obvious
One-sheet, bios, pitch deck and a LinkedIn profile that reads like the expert a host is looking for.
Week 2A bridge from listener to lead
Your free resource, landing page and follow-up email sequence, built before the first interview airs.
Week 3Your own AI opportunity agent
Set up in your Claude account to find and rank podcasts, journalist requests and partners, and draft pitches in your voice.
Week 4A pitch and follow-up pipeline
Relevant pitches, a sustainable follow-up rhythm and host, editor and partner relationships on LinkedIn.
Weeks 5 to 6An interview-to-client playbook
How to perform on air, convert interest into discovery calls, multiply each appearance and plan the next 90 days.
Weeks 7 to 9The Borrowed Audience system
Get ready. Get booked. Get clients.
Three pillars around one outcome. Build the message and the bridge first. Find audiences that fit. Then turn the attention you earn into conversations you can follow up on.

Who this is built for
Built for experts with an offer worth selling.
You're ready for this if
- You're a coach, consultant, founder, speaker, author or expert with a clear offer worth $2,000 or more.
- You want ideal clients to discover you beyond the next referral or the reach of your next post.
- You can give 3 to 4 hours a week to building, pitching and following up.
- You want a system you can run yourself, with live help while you put it together.
Choose a different next step if
- You're still deciding what to sell or who you help.
- You want an agency to build everything and book shows for you. That's the The Guest List.
- You're mainly chasing downloads, fame or a big-show logo.
- You expect guaranteed bookings or revenue without doing the work.
The investment
Nine weeks, one payment, and a system you run yourself afterward.
Borrowed Audience / The complete program
Nine weeks of implementation, plus onboarding and your private strategy kickoff with Trevor.
- 1:1 strategy kickoff before week 1
- Nine weekly live teaching calls with hot seats on your work
- Weekly implementation office hours
- Training videos and setup tutorials for all nine steps, including your AI agent
- Recordings of every call
- Templates for the one-sheet, pitches, follow-ups and your revenue scoreboard
A 20-minute fit call comes first. Your paid Claude subscription and any implementation software are separate. Cohort dates and call times are confirmed on the fit call. No guarantee of bookings or revenue.
How it compares
Booking agencies charge by the month and the pipeline stops when you do. The Guest List is our fully done-for-you version. This program sits in between: you do the work, you keep the system.
| This program | The Guest List | Booking agency | |
|---|---|---|---|
| Price | $1,995, once | From $15K per quarter | Monthly retainer |
| Who does the work | You, reviewed weekly | We do | The agency |
| What you walk away with | Your assets, your agent, the system | Recordings and the guest relationships | The bookings |
| When you stop | You keep running it | Renew, change plans or stop each quarter | Pipeline stops |
Want the fully done-for-you version, where we invite your buyers onto your show and book them for you? That's The Guest List.
Before you apply.

Do I need an audience or podcast experience?
You need expertise, a clear offer and something useful to contribute. You don't need a large following. We build your message, media kit and interview preparation around the audiences you want to reach.
Does the program include booking me onto shows?
No. You learn to find, pitch and follow up on your own opportunities with the system, your AI agent and live help every week. Done-for-you show lists, booking, asset creation and outreach are not included. If you want all of that done for you, look at the The Guest List.
How big is a cohort?
Small enough that everyone gets a hot seat. Cohort size, dates and call times are confirmed on your fit call and before enrollment.
What if I get stuck with the technology?
Video tutorials walk through the build, including your AI agent. Bring questions to weekly office hours. Your own paid Claude subscription is required and isn't included in the $1,995 program investment.
What if I miss a live call?
Every live call is recorded and posted the same day, and office hours run every week, so a missed call never stalls your build. Bring the week's work to the next session.
Do I need to be active on LinkedIn already?
You need a profile, not a following. Week 2 rewrites it so a host who checks you out sees the expert they want on their show, and week 6 gives you a simple relationship routine. There is no posting quota.
What about press, articles and repurposing?
The system also covers journalist requests, expert quotes, guest articles and partners who reach your buyers. Repurposing means writing posts and emails from appearances. Episode editing, video clipping and episode reviews are not program deliverables.
Can you guarantee bookings or clients?
No. The program provides the system, the instruction and live help every week. Your outcomes depend on your offer, audience fit, implementation, follow-up and decisions made by hosts and buyers. Some appearances may be booked or published after the nine weeks.
